What You’ll Get
Competitive Pay: $80K - $105K annually, based on experience with bonus opportunities
Great Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible with core hours. Goal to get back to hybrid schedule after processes are running smoothly.

Who We Are Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of accounting experience
  • You think reconciling accounts and seeing that zero at the end is fun
  • You enjoy digging into the data and coming up with a better way to do it next time
  • You own your work and take pride in a job well done
  • You aren’t afraid to raise concerns and ask questions if something is unclear
  • Bonus points for Sales & Use Tax and Construction Accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
  • Support a weekly payroll process through data entry and review
  • Support month-end close, budgeting, and audit preparation
  • Support compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and reporting standards
  • Support automation initiatives and future software implementations
