What You'll Do

As our Safety Manager, you'll be a visible leader and driving force behind our safety culture, partnering with employees and leadership to navigate evolving regulations, champion continuous improvement, and proactively lead initiatives that keep our people safe and our company moving forward.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead new-hire safety orientations and ongoing safety training programs and initiatives 
  • Conduct jobsite visits, inspections, and audits while providing coaching and guidance
  • Build strong relationships with field personnel and supervisors
  • Promote a proactive safety culture focused on engagement and accountability
  • Identify hazards, analyze trends, and implement practical solutions
  • Maintain safety documentation, records, and compliance programs
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve safety processes and performance
  • Serve as a visible, approachable resource for employees throughout the organization

Who You Are

You're a forward-thinking leader who views safety as more than compliance. You are passionate about influencing culture, developing people, driving continuous improvement, and positioning the organization for long-term success in an ever-changing industry.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of construction safety experience - electrical experience highly valued
  • CSP or Bachelor/Master's degree in OHS or equivalent preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and training skills
  • Ability to influence others through relationships rather than authority alone
  • Organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable interacting with employees at every level of the organization
  • Professional, approachable, and respected by those around you
  • Driven and passionate about Safety
