What You’ll Get
Competitive Pay: $60K - $70K annually, based on experience with bonus opportunities
Great Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible with core hours. Goal to get back to hybrid schedule after processes are running smoothly.

Who We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years of payroll experience, with job costing a plus
  • You thrive in an environment with a constant and sustainable pace and take pride in a job well done
  • You drive consistency, timeliness, and transparency
  • You strive for inbox zero and are organized to a fault 
  • You have strong Excel skills and ERP experience
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a plus

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage and audit employee records in payroll system
  • Process weekly payroll for 200+ employees in a multi-state environment
  • Ensure compliance with all state laws regarding final pay and related payroll requirements
  • Administer wage garnishments, including order review, system entry, payment processing, and agency correspondence
  • Support mandatory reporting and preparation of payroll-related filings with federal, state, and local authorities
  • Troubleshoot payroll system issues and manage cases with payroll system vendors through resolution
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from management and employees
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Communicate process improvement opportunities and payroll issues
  • Additional duties as assigned
