What You’ll Get

Competitive Pay: $35–$42/hr base plus overtime and performance bonuses

Who We Are Looking For
  • 7+ years of commercial electrical experience with proven leadership ability
  • In-depth knowledge of NEC and commercial installations
  • Ability to plan, organize, and supervise crews on job sites
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead crews in the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial electrical systems
  • Plan and oversee workflow to keep projects safe, efficient, and on schedule
  • Train, mentor, and motivate electricians and apprentices
  • Communicate with GCs, project managers, and clients to ensure expectations are met
  • Uphold Teague’s standards of safety, quality, and integrity on every project
